My obcession with quality

Electrolux is my favorite brand so far, so much for the money. Function, style,durable and just plai beautiful. I have an Electrolux refrigerator,dishwasher,dualfuel range. I like them best of all the appliances I have had over the last 40 years. Even the dishwasher is fun to use. I could just look at the range and refrigerator, they are so industrial and modern.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pros.. Very quit! I can't tell it's running unless I look at the remaining time in the face display.
Cons.. 9 times out of 10 something is dirty, I've been told by the service tech my dishes are to clean to start, I'm using to much soap, I should use powder soap not gel. Never is everything dry. I'm also not happy with the handle, just look at the hand towel and it falls off onto the floor.

Awful. Replaced the control board within 1-2 months. Took a half dozen technician trips to get that done. Now machine is completely non-functioning, and control board has failed again. Search for on-line reviews, Electrolux dishwashers are awful.

Worst Dishwasher Ever

If you want a dishwasher that doesn't clean your dishes, this is the one for you. While it is extremely quiet, the absence of a built in water heater makes it necessary to pre-heat the water by running the water in the sink. This defeats the purpose of being a water saver. Even when doing so, the dishes do not come clean, the glasses are spotted. "Service people" provide no solution and say "well that's how it works". Run, do not walk, run to another product. This one carries a good name, but doesn't perform.

Service Nightmare

As with our 3 Electrolux appliances we have had we have had more service calls 3 in the 3 years we have owned it on this dishwasher. We have had the pump replaced once and now the electric control touch pad needs replacing again. I will never buy or recommend an Electrolux appliance to anyone!

We have had this dishwasher for 2 years. It has always done a poor job of cleaning as stated in many other reviews.
The product is unreliable. We've had several error code 01s on this machine. It requires leaving the machine unplugged for about 24 hours to reset the code. Then it will work for a few months until the same error code appears.
The only good thing I can say about it is it is quiet, and it is even more quiet when it won't turn on.

UPPER RACK CLEANING

VERY FLIMSY UPPER ARM THAT HITS THE SUPPORT AS IT ROTATES AND DOES NOT CLEAN ANTHING ON THE UPPER RACK...VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THIS UNIT!!!

Great dishwasher

This machine is very quiet and does a great job washing. The adjustable racks offer great flexibility for various size pots and pans. We do have a water softener which may help performance somewhat.
I would recommend this to a friend!
