Great dishwasher---fairly quite---Cleans Great as long as you follow instructions how to place you dishes -- silverware--pots and glasses. Fits just about everything. No problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The worse DW I have ever had

The controls are difficult, yes, it is quiet so that i never know whether it is on or off. No signal buzzer or light. Lengthnth of cycle is uncertain and manual does not help. Dishes require extensive rinsing. Who needs a DW. It just becomes a drying rack. I hae t this machine. For the money it looks good, but does not work 'good'. DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER.

Is the dishwasher running?

Amazed how quiet this dishwasher is! Hard to tell it is even running! We could hear the model we replaced from the 2nd floor, but not this one. You can stand right next to it and hardly know it's running. Does a great job on the messiest loads. Nice features on the rack system. Can be arranged to accommodate anything. We are both impressed.

Doesn't clean dishes

What's good: Great style, very quiet
What's bad: It doesn't clean dishes. We always rinse and wipe our dishes before they go into the unit, but they still come out with food, coffee, chocolate, etc.on them. It doesn't even clean the soap our of the dispenser. We have checked our water temperature and pressure, and it is good. We have varied the amount of detergent, and changed from tablet to liquid. We cranked the rinse aid up to full blast. We have added vinegar to the water. We have changed to washing daily, rather than every other day so we can pack the dishes more loosely. We've tried the sanitize setting (the longest and hottest.) Still they come out dirty. The repairmen (two different ones) confirm that the unit is technicallly operating correctly. This means that water goes in and out and splashes around, bu does not measure the results.
