Bosch Electric Wall Oven

I've never had an electric oven and was hesitant to purchase this one, but I must say it is great. Cooks evenly, quiet and attractive. Only tiny drawback I wish the the timers were a bit louder, especially for us older adults.

Poor quality control buttons, they rub off

The overall oven performance (in terms of its basic functions of baking, roasting and self-cleaning) is pretty good. The trick is that after several years, you'll have to memorize the function and location of each of the metal buttons, since the paint from these rubs off and dissapears. This seems to be a major design flaw. I would not purchase this oven again due to this reason.

Love this feature-packed oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it's well worth it to spend a few more bucks to get the 3rd heating element in the convection fan and the multi-rack cooking feature. This was a big upgrade from my 20-year old non-convection. Plus, it looks spectacular. The only downside is that the touch-sensitive buttons (I hate those things!) don't always respond on the first push but the key is to push them lightly, sometimes a challenge when you've got 5 things going in the kitchen at once. Other than that, I love the full-slide shelf, the double-lights and the large window.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love My Bosch!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven does everything I want an oven to do. The stay open- slow close door is perfect. The glide out rack slides so smoothly. I roast meats, then put on warm setting to hold until rest of dinner is ready. I'm so glad I bought the Bosch and not a competitor brand.
