Great , clean sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my oven for about a year . I absolutely love it. It not only works great but looks great too! The oven has touch pad controls, which also makes it easy to keep clean. The inside is easy to keep clean as well. There is a self clean feature, however, I haven't used it yet.....guess it's so easy to just wipe up a mess! I have baked many pies and have not had any problems wiping up any run over messes. The oven is extremely quiet to use , as well as the fan for convection cooking. I couldn't be happier!

Versatile, reliable oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great oven. We have had it over a year and it has worked flawlessly. We get consistent baking results - especially in the convection mode and using the in-oven thermometer. The only thing that could be improved is that the self-cleaning function does not include the oven racks that require separate cleaning with messy spray-on oven cleaner in the sink to remove baked-on grease..

New Oven

We purchased this unit several months ago. Its a nice upgrade from our previous oven. I have two issues. Although minor we find it a little annoying its difficult to hear the warning when the pre-heat is ready. Also heating seems uneven depending on what rack you put your food on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pros: I like the soft close door, very nice looking, great features, like the ball bearing rack.
Cons: Reattaching the door after removal is a pain...the hinge doesn't want to stay in the slot (for lack of better term), and you won't know it until you try to open the door all the way, and it slams shut...this happened twice, and now my door is dented pretty bad on the inside. I don't think it's going to affect usability, but I'm not too thrilled about it. btw, I'm a pretty handy/mechanically inclined person...can't imagine what this would be like for others who aren't. Also, the oven light is pretty sensitive..I keep turning it on accidentally..i'll get used to it being there. oh, one more..the "Fast Preheat" isn't all that fast...it still takes like 20 min to get to 400 deg.
