Happy wife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While we had an older Bosch oven, the temperature controls were wearing out and I heard nothing but complaints from my wife about keeping the temperature steady while baking. Since replacement parts were no longer available, we decided on getting a new oven. The old oven had "mechanical" temperature settings while the new oven had digital settings which were easier for my wife to see. Since we have put the new oven into service, my wife has done various baking projects, all of which turned out beautifully. I haven't tasted her rolls and bread this good with the old oven. She loves the digital controls which are easier to see and the constant baking temperatures. You have made my wife one happy woman.

Good oven

The few minor issues are my husband seems to sometimes have trouble with the touch pad buttons, and it would be nice to not have to reset the whole oven temperature every time we use the timer. But overall, I would recommend this oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realize how poorly my old oven worked until we got this one. No hot spots, even cooking. And these really nice shelves that stay horizontal when you pull them out to check your pie, etc. And the shelf has an opening at the front so you can get a good grasp on it. Bravo to the design team

Be Careful Where You Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the oven is good. While there are a few pesky flaws like the beep not being loud enough for preheat and timer, I just set timers on my phone instead. The issue I have is more of a kitchen design issue. The fan exhaust from the top of the oven (at the top of the door) is pretty strong. Unfortunately my oven is installed at a convenient height for oven use, but is directly across from the gas cooktop on my island. The oven exhaust blows the gas flames around causing some inefficient/impossible cooktop cooking. I have frequently built a "wall" around the cooktop with whatever is laying around in the kitchen....boxes from rice or pasta etc. Be careful where you install this oven. Oddly my old oven did not cause this issue.
