Takes Longer to Preheat than to Cook food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven looked wonderful in my new redone kitchen. It's pretty self explanatory how to work this oven. It also cooks my food very good. However I have 2 problems. It takes so long to preheat. It's gets me so frustrated because I have to wait like a half hour to cook bagel bites for 12 minutes. It beeps like once when it preheats. This leads to my next problem. I can never hear the beep. And it doesn't say when it preheats it just beeps once. If you miss the beep then you will not know if the oven is fully preheated yet. And on the timer it's so quiet. After like a minute of the timer beeping so softly, I finally realize the timer is up and it's too late. Sorry but this oven annoys me more than it should. However it is very nice and modern looking in your kitchen. And the beeps sound cool. Very easy to clean. As a professional chef, cooking is a big part of my life. This oven helps me cook yummy food!
