[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is terrific but they ship in poor packaging, so the grates cracked a few times. However the company stands behind the product and customer and handled everything quickly and at their cost without hassle.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The burners won't light randomly and then one of the burners wouldn't shut off. This has been an on going issue and the cooktop is only a couple months old.
Pros: Attractive Design

The round berner "tops" are already stained. I have tried everything to get them clean. HELP!! The down draft does not work. You have to hold the button in to make it rise, then hold it in to make it lower. Doesn't lower all the way either. I feel like a made a big expensive mistake with these products.
Pros: Heats Up Quickly, High Powered Burners, Large Surface Area
Cons: Difficult To Clean
