[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One can alway count on Jennair to be the best! This microwave does it all. Very efficient and in accurate in temperature. Sleek design. Love that it is built in my new kitchen. The only regret I have it I didn't have it built in a little lower for someone not very tall like me!!

Extremely Disappointed & Surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JENN-AIR & WHIRLPOOL brand names have a fabulous reputation. I am not only surprised but also disappointed that the microwave oven malfunctioned in a short period of time with so little use. It was necessary for me to call a repair technician to inspect the oven. The front right side panel needs to be replaced & is currently on order. Hopefully, that will correct the problem. Was a “lemon” installed by the builder in my relatively new abode?
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good - Keypad Failure in Under 3 Years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keypad failed and required purchase of new unit. Other than that, mostly good. A way to double-tap the number buttons to get a quick 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 minute cook would be nice. Easy to clean, good looking product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement microwave. It is an exact replica of the original one we bought in April of 2019. Luckily we took the insurance because I thought this model was expensive compared to other brands. I would have been really upset if it had died after two years with no insurance. There is nothing exceptional about it. The start button gave out and it seems cheaply made. It surprised me given the cache of the brand. I would not buy another one.
Cons: Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
