Good product with a very poor and hard to read display

For the most part this micro works great. The bad part (and reason I would not buy it again) is that I cannot see the display so I have no idea what button to hit. Have had to keep a flashlight close by.
Pros: Easy To Install, Powerful, Simple Controls, Heats Evenly
Cons: Confusing Display, Hard To See Display

I bought this microwave during my kitchen remodel to match the other appliances. It is nice looking, but the door is clunky to open and close. Not what I expected given the price. It does not change, however, the performance which is good.

I found the buttons extremely hard to see, they are black on black> I am sure this is a design feature to hide the buttons. I found it was helpful to keep a flashlight handle to be able to see the buttons to use the microwave

The microwave is meant to be an above-cabinet install. Instead the builder placed it below counter. Not the intended design I'm sure. Difficult to read control panel. Otherwise a great design and look.

The dark gray text on the black control panel is very difficult to see. We need to put a light on in the room in the daytime just to be able to make out where the settings and numbers are located.
