Priced too high

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a fine enough product, but... it feels cheaper than I expected for the price point. The door doesn't open & close as smoothly as I would expected to. I feel like it would not last very long, as I have to push hard as if almost slamming it shut. The numbers and words on the control buttons are TOO SMALL snd light in color contrast against the black background, making it hard to read. I just learned which usual buttons to push for everyday operation. Overall, I don't think it's worth the price tag. But it's what was available as the closest replacement in the size we needed for our kitchen (custom built-in cabinet). Also, the matching trim kit is made of PLASTIC- again. cheap.
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Unstable, Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this three weeks ago. Installed after a two week shipping period and have been using it for five days. The manual is easy to follow (yes - I read it to find out about defrost settings), the buttons are straightforward, and so far everything has been cooked to perfection. Thumbs up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had multiple problems with the JennAire products that we purchased 6 years ago, including this microwave. Specific to the microwave, we’ve had multiple problems that ended in us having to get a replacement…usually out of warranty. The top end JennAire products have too many features that are prone to failure.

Cons: Flimsy Construction, Unstable
