Handsome front on an otherwise Whirlpool microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 3rd microwave in 6 years. Keypads don't last...it gets used on average once a day. Sad that on such an expensive Jenn Air LABELED microwave they haven't figured a way to make them last as long as their other appliances. If I wasn't so particular to want all matching appliances I would buy the Whirlpool version at less than half the cost.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately the previous Jenn Air micro wave unit was less than a year old and the heater bulb failed. Jenn Air honored the warranty period and replaced the unit.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Compact, Quality Construction

Third Time Same Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third time I bought this same basic microwave, with the previous two having a Kitchenaid label. The first lasted 11 years. The second last 7 years. I was glad I could get this one with a Jennair label since it was unavailable with the Kitchenaid label. It fits perfectly in my cabinets as a built in while the newer Kitchenaid model does not. This one was a great relief!

Excellent microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second JennAir microwave in this model. The first one I had for 10 years but it stopped working and they no longer make replacement parts for it, so I had to purchase a new one of the same model. It's frustrating that they don't make replacement parts for it so it forces you to purchase a new one. It was too difficult to purchase a different brand/model because I would have had to configure and purchase a new trim kit since it's a built in microwave.
Pros: Convenient, Easy To Use
Cons: Flimsy Construction

Keypad Controls Lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one month of use the Microwave functions fine. However for a high end appliance the key pad and controls are sub par.. The touchpad is very small and has no illumination for nighttime use. Very frustrating to use at night. Very disappointing for such an expensive brand that touts higher end features.
