Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 months ago and very disappointed in the product. The low reviews are accurate. I purchased because my appliances are all JennAir from 10 years ago. The door has to be slammed in order to close completely. If not, the door light illuminates. Food cooks unevenly. Just disappointed but needed the JennAir brand.
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Unstable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the microwave, but this is my third microwave in seven years! Each time something different has gone out on the unit and it cannot be repaired so needs to be replaced. Thankfully it has been under warranty each time something has happened.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Compact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new microwave oven and it stopped working after 13 months. Jenn-Air was very generous in replacing it even though the 1-year warranty had already expired.
Pros: Convenient, Easy To Use
Cons: Flimsy Construction

Broke 1 month after warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave to replace the same microwave that broke one month after the warranty. The entire computer board needed to be replaced and was cheaper to just buy a new one. I only bought the same microwave because we were selling our house. I would not recommend.
