The product was delivered and did not operate, the convection fan sounds like a truck motor in my kitchen it has not been repaired yet which is my fault for never remembering to call the repair man.

I love this range. I'd waited a while and shopped around when we upgraded to gas. I love this range. Baking, roasting, the temperature probe, its awesome. Tons of burners, high and low heat, simmering, all awesome. And it looks so professional, it really dresses up my kitchen.

I use this for cooking and baking almost every day. It is very attractive, and overall an excellent product. I see two drawbacks: (1) the burners seem to run very hot, even on the low settings; and (2) very difficult to clean the cooktop, as the pans do not come out or the top of the cooktop doesn't raise to allow for more thorough cleaning.

Unfortunately one week after having range installed error code for faulty wiring. When warning appeared and oven shut off. With recommendation for immediate service. Problem so soon with high end and priced appliance should not happen.

Haven't really used it too much yet but its attractive and lots of space between the extra wide oven and 6 stove top burners. Burners seem to have a lot of power, I'm still getting used to it (only have cooked 3 times so far!).

Installed the dual fuel version in our new house. It looks great and so far the performance has been great. The touch panel interface is very responsive and fairly intuitive, but it took some time to really understand it. This is somewhat my fault, because I refused to read the manual to figure out how to cook a turkey or roast. But even without that guidance I have pretty much figured it out. The cook top and burners are everything we had hoped for, and getting the right heat level is easy. However, the main burners get really hot, so my teen aged daughter, who only knows how to turn everything up to 11, has already scorched two All Clad pans. The oven also seems to run very hot, but that may just be in comparison to the wimpy GE oven we had in the prior house. The size is great, and heat seems to be very evenly distributed. Overall very satisfied with this Jenn-Air range and would definitely recommend it.
