The range is great, heats quickly, good flame adjustment, strong durable range cover/grate. I had a spill and it was all pretty easy to clean. I love the convection oven option and the electronic menu. Also the vent and range light all work through a kind of electronic touchpad, which is pretty cool. The only issue so far has to do with the over racks. The racks have a lip so it is difficult to slide in items without pulling out the rack. That's fine because the lip also has its function. But when I pull out the rack it starts to slide down making it a little unstable when you have items on the rack. I'm not sure whether I'm doing something wrong.

I'm just learning to cook so have learned what to do and not do like not to turn off the oven when I think I'm turning off the timer--especially when the dinner party is ready to eat! My wife and I love this stove. It is super user friendly. Just open the oven door or touch the display and you are off and running. The convection conversion is straightforward. The cooktop is very easy to adjust flame temp. Best of all we have gotten so many compliments on the aesthetic presence of this stove.
