The cycles stick!

The cycles stick on my dishwasher and I have to open the dishwasher door over and over. I have to open the door to get it to start again sometimes as many as 8 times! When I open the door water runs on my floor. I called and Maytag does not have any answers. The cycles stop and the dishwasher continues to run and run; I can't even leave the house when my dishes are washing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher over a month agoI am very pleased with how clean my dishes are,it's quietand I like the dark racks inside.Previous dishwashers had a white interior and looked grimy

Easy to install, good selection of cycles, very quiet.When drying with the heat element, even plastic is virtually dry when the cycle is complete.Would be nice if Maytag installed a light in the interior of the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An absolutely superb dishwasher! Quietest I've never heard. Although the cycle is a bit long, the dishes were the cleanest. They truly are squeaky clean when removed. The 10 year warranty is an added bonus. This product is recommended without hesitation.

SO Very quiet

So far so good. Have only had this dishwasher for 2 weeks at this point. It is so quiet, I had to open the first couple times because I didn't think it was running. Would have been nice if ALL the parts required to install were with the machine, as we had to run out twice to get the parts "needed for install".
I would recommend this to a friend!
