Very Disappointed

My new dishwasher is beautiful and quiet, but it does not get all my dishes clean. I put very few dishes in per cycle coffee cups have to be on the bottom rack and still they are sometimes dirty --usually cocoa powder that I can wipe off with a paper towel--so obviously it is not hardened on before the cycle. Plastic ware that held salad is greasy after a Heavy wash cycle, with high temp, high wash pressure and heated dry options selected.
The user interface is quite confusing as well. When scrolling through cycle options, it is not clear if you have selected the option --also setting a favorite cycle involves many steps and they are not intuitive.
The machine was delivered to me with the instruction manual and registration card etc in the machine. The problem was the machine had been tested before hand -- so the manual and papers were musty from the humidty that built up inside after testing. Not only did the manual stink, but it took weeks before the"new" and "musty" smells disipated. It's difficult to serve food on dishes that smell like that, I would have to let them air out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed with cleaning performance. Top dishes often do not get clean and have to be rewashed. Can recommend product. Wished I had my old 10 year back.

The fit and finish on this dishwasher is perfect. I especially like the White Finish. The Blue LED light at the end of the cycle is a great feature.
The Silverware Baskets trap water and the silverware has to be individually dried by hand . Also, the slots for the silverware are not properly spaced and some of the silverware will not fit , perhaps these baskets are defective and need to be replaced.
Ordinary galsses do fit properly in my top rack as they sometimes topple over and come out wet so you need to hand dry them. This rack may be defective and may need to be replaced.
Any suggestions you could offer me would be grealy appreciated. Perhaps, I need a Service call to address the issues that I sated above. Pls. advise me.
