We were somewhat tight on space and this dryer really fit the bill. It had the features we wanted and it does a great job.

I bought this dryer because it fit in my condo laundry closet. I needed a flat back machine. It is quiet, dries quickly and is roomy. I hope that it will prove to be reliable.

It's behind closed doors, and even with the doors closed it's so loud I cannot run it while I'm in the house ... and I would NEVER run a dryer while not at home ... so I'm stuck dealing with the noise. Have had GE Appliances for over 40 years, never had this problem before, ever! Very disappointed!

Does not dry clothes

I've had this for 11 months and it dries very, very small loads only. A normal load takes 2-3 hours. This week the knob to turn the cycle on broke, now the dryer does not start. I only kept it because I have a laundry closet and the depth works. Piece of garbage

The GE Dryer seems to work properly the only problem we have is a steady Hum type noise it makes. I think we may go tone death.

Simple - easy to use

I wanted a simple, easy to use, medium size electric dryer, with a filter in the front of the machine, with no fancy programming. My previous appliances with these features have lasted nearly 20 years and I hope that this one does too!
