Needs a few more options

Add a speaker phone.
Add 3-Way calling option; so we can fax while we are talking on the phone.
Otherwise, I like the paper tray hidden on bottom that holds more paper than standard fax machines.

This is our 3rd Brother Intelifax. It is used in a commercial setting since we have a fax service
for our customers. They are easy to use & require very little care other than paper & toner.

Works as advertised

Have had no problems with faxing or making copies.
I share the line with a phone and an answering machine. I manually switch the fax mode to answer and turn off the answering machine to receive faxes. I send more than I receive.
Sending Faxes is easy just dial, insert fax to send, and start.

I have two of these machines that I use in business. They function just great. The only negative comment would be the small display window. It could be a bit larger and brighter. Difficult to read in low light.

Working Fine

Had it for a year, under light use it works exactly as it should. Easy to set up, allows pass through for phone/answering machine, with line splitter sends/receives on a single line. The copier function is faster than I expected. I like this machine because I don't have to worry about or mess with it. It just works w/o drama.
