Nice compact machine

We are finding that we need to warm everything up before starting to make the coffee. microwave the milk, heat the cup and have a warm cloth ready to wipe the frother wand. Using Starbucks ground espresso coffee from Superstore and it is very nice. makes a great latte.

This was a gift to me and I only used it half dozen times before it sat idle for awhile. When I went to use again it wouldn't pump water but could hear motor running. Contacted support and was told that sitting even for 2 months would make it not work and they sent me cleaner (apparently vinegar as described in their instructions doesn't work). Not sure how cleaner mixed in water and a machine that won't pump it through is suppose to work but it did in fact make NO difference. Even waiting for a few days did nothing. Phoned and the message says they are super busy ( what, with other unhappy customers ? ), emailed them and they don't respond. What a piece of junk; most expensive half dozen expressos EVER !! Run, don't walk, from this machine

If your looking to buy your first espresso maker, you be silly not to get this. Makes fantastic coffee, easy to clean and easy to use. The steamer makes nice rich froth!
There are a few things I don't love though. The height is a little low so you're going to be a little limited on what cups you can use, next would be the wand. Out of the box I found it to be very stiff..had to warm up the machine to make it feel like it wasn't going to break. It's since worked in, but it's something that should be noted.
I write this review, enjoying a nice double espresso with an oat milk froth. I would absolutely recommend this product and would buy again.
Up your coffee game people. DO IT NOW

I really liked this budget espresso maker but after a a few weeks the knob on the front would start to stick. Now I can't get the knob to move at all without using all of my strength as it is stuck. Really disapointed in such a crappy design.

It doesn't get hot enough even takes long time to heat the water!! Most importantly coffee tastes weak almost like deluted old coffee..My old Krups espresso machine makes much better and tastes great!!
