This thing broke twice, within 1 year warranty. Now the pump is gone, goes to the garbage. What a waste of money. Don't buy this one.

If you like milky drinks then great machine. You like pure espresso shot your best best is a new grinder and a flair manual pull.

Very disappointing don't buy!!!

I purchased this two months ago after using it for a few weeks I have found several problems with the machine. The most significant problem is that the filter pod that holds the coffee gets clogged. Even after using the needle to clear the clog it will work for a few days and it gets clogged again. The coffee splatters in all directions causing the coffee grinds to fall into the prepared coffee (making the coffee undrinkable)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This esspresso maker was a very simple under 200$ maker it lasted from july to the beginning of dec 5 months surprise tome it has a 30 day warranty sad to see these machines wont last even 6 months of normal use caveat emptor

Great for an inexpensive basic drink maker

Don't get it expecting a super rich crema because of how the coffee spout pours but it works way better for steaming without the tube over the milk wand. The milk can circulate better without it and it's easier to clean as well. Just don't be looking for a quick coffee and let the wand preheat first so the steam consistency is better. Use 1 scoop of espresso for the small filter and 1 1/2 scoops for the bigger filter.
Don't put your cup directly under it, put two smaller cups for each spout the espresso is pouring from.

It does the job it needs to for a espresso bar under $200. I gave the lower rating because of what I need to do to the actual coffee to get the coffee consistency right for this machine. It's lasted me 3 years though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second Breville Cafe Roma. My first lasted 13 years so definitely got my money’s worth.
It makes a nice crema and tasty espresso. I like that it is very compact so uses little countertop space.
I ordered online and picked it up in store a few hours later. Easy peasy.

Just get the Bambino. Had this for <48hours. It's short, wouldn't fit most of my mugs. Also the spout is very awkward and it doesn't point towards the drip tray so you need a discard cup just to purge the water. It's awful.
