I'm not fond of cooking, but was forced to change my diet to a lower sodium diet and realized I wouldn't have to give up bread if I baked it myself. Wow....never expected that baking bread could be so easy! LOVE my Breadman!

I have been using this particular model of Breadman machine for many years, and have been extremely pleased with the performance. I have 4 of them right now, and use them often. They hold up well to frequent use. Hope they never stop making them!

Different models, but same basic functionality. And can't beat the price. I kind of quit using my most recent iteration when I went low-carb about three years ago, but since then I've eased off, keeping the "no sugar" regime but eating bread, so I bought another one. Out of curiosity, wonder if other people have had experience trying to bake reduced carb bread, such as Red Mill's low carb mix?
