These rollers are a replacement for a set I'd had for many years. Electric rollers are so very easy to use, require a lot less time and effort than other devices, and don't damage my hair with excessive heat.

I purchased this new and it was missing one clip to hold roller in place. I contacted support. They told me I would have to buy them. Really!!
Missing one..
Product works well but I cannot use all the rollers as box was missing as a clip is missing. Next time I will choose another brand as they do not stand by product. What use is having 12 hair rollers when I can only use 11. Then I have to spend more money to use their product.
