[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been considering buying a mixer for years but couldn’t justify why I really needed one. My family would tell me that they are surprised I didn’t have one because I love to bake. So I gave in and feel so proud to finally own one.
I feel so professional using it! I made some pizza dough and it worked great!

The One to Have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stand mixer looks great, works well and is easy to use and clean. I've only Imade a few recipes so far, but have been happy with the results. One issue--the position of the mixing paddle as set by the factory. It was set too high. Hardly touched the eggs I was trying to beat. So I beat the eggs by hand, finished the recipe, washed the bowl and did the "dime" test. Yes, the paddle wasn't set correctly. For me, it required more than one full turn of the adjusting screw. Just be aware that yours may need adjusting too.
