[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I’ve owned a mixer like this. So far I’m happy with it. It’s easy to use and runs quietly. I enjoy baking so am looking forward to using this mixer a lot. Can’t wait to try other attachments.

Love my KitchenAid Mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer three weeks ago and use it all the time! My husband says the ice cream attachment makes the best ice cream he has ever tasted! We went to the local farmer's market and stocked up on fresh vegetables. The slicing and grating attachments made short work of preparing the veggies for use for the week. I highly recommend tis mixer!

Good mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good mixer, but not sure if my expectations were too high. Made first batch of bread dough, and dough climbed up dough hook and mixer started to jump. Adjusted the beater to bowl height as instructions in book recommended, and did not resolve problem. Called customer service, and representative was very abrupt with me. Told me to adjust the beater to bowl height, which I said I'd already done, and he told me to watch YouTube video, demonstrating adjustment with beater blade and dime as he was sure I didn't know what I was doing when I adjusted it prior to calling. Told him I would do so and call back if I was still having the same problem. I have not been able to replicate the YouTube video regardless of how much I adjust the height of the beater up and down. Will make another batch of bread dough and see if it climbs up the dough hook. Hopefully customer service rep I spoke to was just having a bad day. If this mixer can not handle kneading a small batch of bread dough made with white flour, I say it's not what I expected.
