Pas de power supply inclus

Le lave vaisselle est super, très peu bruyant, très facile à installer. Seul hic c'est qu'il n'y a pas de power supply kit! B.O. à plusieurs endroits en plus. Fallu que j'en achète un kit avec prise dans un magasin de pièce que j'ai réussi à trouver où il en restait un...

Poor quality - Do not recommend

Whirlpool quality is not what is used to be and I had to learn that the hard way. Bought this dishwasher and after a little over year I start running into an issue of standing water at the bottom of dishwasher which requires a technician to come in to fix it (obviously I have to pay for that as the warranty only lasts for one year) and replace the defective part. Stay away from all Whirlpool appliances as the quality has gone downhill and better buy a better and potentially slightly more expensive product

Pump failed-multiple issues- buyer beware

First 3 months with this dishwasher, I was quite pleased, cleaned well, and 1hr cycle worked fairly well. After the honeymoon, the spinners would get clogged with debris (this after rinsing dishes). I would clean the filter after every load. Top rack literally left debris all over the dishes. Extremely frustrating and was reason why I replaced my 12 year old KitchenAid...Water also remained at bottom of dishwasher despite cycle being completed, and if i were to cancel a cycle while in the drying phase, a new wash cycle would not be able to be started until it cooled down- glitchy...sometimes a section of the heating element would be red hot when i opened the dishwasher.. a bit scary.. Now its been 14 months and the pump just failed! I cant make this up, I should of went with my gut and went for a Bosch from the start.. the good reviews fooled me. Whirlpool gave me an ETA of 4-8 weeks for a new pump to arrive.. unacceptable. They did agree to cover the warranty despite fact i'm over by 2 months, but wow... dishwashers dont last 1 yr prior to a major failure?! Crazy! I bought a Bosch since i refuse to wait 2 months for an essential appliance, will wait 6-12 months before reviewing it. Take these reviews with a grain of salt... Never Again Whirlpool.

Leaks Water at door (can't be repaired)

This dishwasher leaked from day one. I had multiple Whirlpool service calls. They replace stuff and it keeps leaking. Now my warranty is about to end and its not fixed.
DO NOT BUY this dishwasher.

Missing components

The dishwasher did not come with the water intake fitting required, nor with the whirlpool specific parts required to secure the wires. This is laughable to not include required parts but write in the instructions that you need to use the from whirlpool. Very poor customer experience.

Leaking Dishwasher

I recently purchased 2 of the same dishwashers for my renovation project. (Not from Bestbuy tho).
This model leaked and almost destroyed my floors.
I requested for a service but they did not even show up on the scheduled date (Whirlpool service, not best buy).
Do not buy this dishwasher unless you have bestbuy warranty, the manufacture warranty is useless, you can also check other website for other people with similar experiences.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reasonably good product

Spacious and nothing fancy, seems to wash well. Quite a bit noisier than expected and the heat dry does not completely dry everything. Things require a wipe down upon emptying which was disappointing - likely the reason for a more affordable unit and why I can't offer it a 5 out of 5. Good value nonetheless.
