[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does a good job washing but the racks make it hard to do more than 8 place settings with any cook ware. The issues with the racks: the silverware caddy is on the door, the separators are too small for our silverware, there is no where for tools, the tines are too close together and not angled so bowls do not fit on the top rack, so they take up space on the bottom where they also cant be nested - four bowls, 8 plates means maybe one mixing bowl or pan. We put the tools basket and one silverware basket from our old dishwasher in to accommodate tools but they take up even more room. Our dishwasher died in july, this was the one washer that could be delivered and installed in two weeks.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this about two months now and am not happy with it. The dishes are always wet when I unload. There was no manual with it so I don’t know what the problem is. I called the company and didn’t get anything positive about it. I also don’t care for the setup of the racks. I had a Kitchenaide before and should have stayed with them. would not recommend this.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our dishwasher. The dishes and glasses come out sparkling. And it's quiet and easy to set the cycles.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Unit is very quiet and does a great job cleaning the dishes. I have no spotting and no residues. Would recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this machine to replace a ten year old Whirlpool which was beginning to rust on the outside door, although the machine worked well. Although it took over six months for the dealer to get a new one in stock, it has performed great.
