[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not impressed with this dishwasher. It should have a third rack for small or delicate items; the cycle has to be selected for each use (rather than being pre-set on the last cycle used), and the silverware holder isn't user friendly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came with my new house so it was selected by the builder. I previously had a Bosch dishwasher that I loved. This worst feature of this dishwasher is the container for silverware. Its in the door of the dishwasher. It is difficult to pull out the bottom level of the dishwasher as it has to go over the silverware. Very awkward. Can sometimes be difficult to pull out the silverware holder if it gets caught up on silverware already in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good basic features

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The dishwasher is not what I would have chosen - it came with the house. It works fine, though.
The door drops down about halfway or so, so we have to be sure it’s closed to prevent this. We would prefer to leave it ajar so things don’t stink if they are left for awhile (the dishwasher is not full).
Also, it does not have the option to raise and lower the top rack.
I’ve also don’t prefer the utensils rack on the door.
