Could be better

This is my 2nd Whirlpool dishwasher. Shame on me as I bought in online vs going to the store. Works great, is very quiet, but I only gave it 4 stars as the upper rack is not what I expected. The rows are very narrow and don't accomodate larger stemless wine glasses or larger coffee mugs. My previous model could handle all of these in addition to bowls. I would be willing to purchase an upper rack that could do these things at whatever associated cost
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It washes the dishes OK and dries them fine. I find the the upper rack is designed for much smaller drink glasses and coffee mugs than we use. Therefore the capacity is diminished substantially. Its not a huge problem for us, because there are only 2 of us using it. But it would be a problem if you plan on filling it every day or two.
