Disappointed

We purchased a new dishwasher on 1/24/2015 because our old dishwasher stopped working. I was super excited for a new dishwasher and I loved that the racks did not have the middle spokes like the older style Whirlpool which offer more space and flexibility on putting in larger item. I also liked that the lights on the outside were blue because it made it a lot easier to see. But when we ran the dishwasher for the first time it did not get the dishes clean and did not fully dry them. So we ran the dishwasher again on heavy instead of normal and it still did not get them clean (Mind you we rinse ALL of our dishes prior) and also did not completely dry them. We have used our dishwasher about 4 times since purchasing it and to be honest I am regretting our chose. Just last night we ran it and it cleaned the dishes but did not fully dry them. I was intending on contacting Whirlpool to express my concern with the lack of performance and then I received an email to rate our new dishwasher so here it is and I hope someone from Whirlpool contacts me to address my concerns and disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large Capacity

I bought this dishwasher recently and have been so pleased. Not only does it have a much better capacity, but tall pans are no issue. The dishwasher is fairly quiet and cleans very well.

Very Quiet

This dishwasher is the quietest I have ever had. The dishes are cleaned well, which is the main purpose, but it is refreshing to have to listen hard to tell if it is running. The buttons are easy to read and use and this model offers many cleaning options.

We bought this 2 months ago and absolutely love it! By far the best dishwasher we've ever had. It's simple to use and it's 1 hr cleaning cycle is so efficient! Thanks whirlpool!!!

Extremely Quiet

I've had this dishwasher since January 18th and I'm still amazed at how quiet it is. It also has a large capacity and is easily loaded. The dishes come out super clean every time, totally dry and ready to be put in the cupboard.
