I bought this dishwasher a few weeks ago and so far so good. I do notice that the dishes don't thoroughly dry so I have to set them out for a while before putting them away. I can't use the utensil rack with the holders down as my silverware doesn't fit so I just leave it up. There is no latch/button to open the door so you kind of half to pull a little hard but otherwise it seems to work well. The dishes and glasses are clean and spot free which is all one can ask.
Have owned it for a little over a month now and so far it has performed as expected the only thing I don't like is the silverware basket on the door ..it makes it tough to load silverware as u go.
This is a very quiet dishwasher. Like the option of moving the utensil basket to another area. Like being able to adjust the height of the top rack and the device for holding tall glasses. Still trying to find the right cycle to run for the dishes and so the silverware in the basket is totally dry. I still do not put my pots and pans into the dishwasher, do them by hand. Going to see if I can purchase another device for holding glasses on the top rack.
This dishwasher is a God send! We bought it 2 months ago & it cleans perfectly! We just rinse chucks off in the sink & put the dishes in dirty & greasy. They sit there for a day...we have a small family & run the dishwasher about every other day. There is no smell. It's super quiet. Dishes come out spotless & squeaky clean. This dishwasher makes our lives so much easier. I LOVE this dishwasher!
Not everything was included for installation. You had to read 3/4 of the way through the instructions before I found out that I needed a tension relief clamp (not included). I had to wait until the next day to pick one up. Meanwhile, the whole kitchen was torn apart and the water was turned off. As far as operation, it cleans the dishes fine, but doesn't dry them completely, even with the provided drying assist liquid sample. Other than those two bobbles, the washer works fine for the money.
I bought this middle of the line dishwasher because it was affordable but not cheap. It does the job with some water spots, and doesn't always get the dishes clean, but its still a worthwhile investment from a price standpoint. I am satisfied with it for the cost-effective nature.
We purchased this dishwasher about a month and a half ago and have been very satisfied with it so far. The only negative is the drying phase, it never seems to get much if anything dry.
