Great Dishwasher

Can't say enough about this Whirlpool dishwasher has 3 spray washers top middle and bottom, it runs quiet washes dishes sparkling clean and did I mention roomy holds a lot of dishes,pans, cups, glasses, etc. and the silverware holder is on the door giving you all the room you need for the other things you need to wash you can't go wrong buying this dishwasher I highly recommend it.

Very quiet diswasher

I bought this dishwasher to replace an old unit which was leaking from the pump housing.I am fairly handy so DIY installation was straightforward. I was expecting to use the previous fill fitting which I was not able to do. This unit uses a "garden hose" style inlet fitting which meant a trip to the store to buy an adapter. This adapter SHOULD be included since a standard dishwasher fill hose is NOT a garden hose!Once installed, it was so quiet compared to our old dishwasher I wasn't sure it was even running - it was! Our refrigerator is louder.We use the "Sensor" setting so this is essentially a one button operation - couldn't be much easier; put in the dishes and detergent, close the door, and push the start button. Dishes come out clean.To save energy, we do not use the heat drying function. Allowing it to sit a while after the wash/rinse cycles finish and then opening the door allows the dishes to air dry in short order.We are not thrilled with the silverware basket - the slots on top look like a good idea but do not really work; our silverware doesn't fit in the slots. Fortunately they can be flipped up out of the way and everything fits.I am very happy overall with my Whirlpool Dishwasher.

No problem with the fridge but the cold water could be colder ,it's just cool. Also I noticed when you get ice cubes and you stop you have to wait because there is always a late cube that ends on the floor.Also the tray collects water and mold will form if not wiped up. Need some kind of drain or something.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far, so great!! Installed on May 2nd 2015 and 1 1/2 months later, it is the best dishwasher we have owned. It cleans everything, is very quiet and lots of room inside. I love that I can put the silverware holder inside the rack or hang on the door when needing more room inside. I did my homework before buying and read all the reviews on different brands and models and hoping we will have this one for a long time. We seem to buy garbage dishwashers and they don't last long. This time we took out the 5 year warranty and hopefully will avoid having to buy a new one after 3 or 4 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my new whirlpool dishwasher. Dishes come out perfect. It's very quiet. I had a whirlpool dishwasher for 17 years it was still working but the inside racks were getting rusty so that's why I purchased another whirlpool. Excellent appliance. Carol A.

This the most effecient operating washer have ever owned. Most times when it is washing have to listen closely to make sure its operating. VERY GOOD CLEANING AND SANITIZING DISHES !!!!! very efficent and good for the envirement so far love it good quality at a good price
