Love the quietness of the Whirlpool dishwasher compared with our old one.Aslo like the simplicity of the controls, making it so easy that "even my husband can use the dishwasher," (says my wife.)

Wet mess!!!

I've had the product for several months. It runs very quietly and cleans the dishes well but there is a "Major" problem with condensation on all the interior walls, racks and utensil holder. The dishes are dry but if you touch something taking them out, they need to be wiped off. We travel a lot and plan on having a service man look at it as soon as we are available. I read about this on the customer reviews but didn't think it would be this bad. What bothers me the most is what the long term effects will be. Rust and est.

When we moved into our home in 1998, there was a portable Whirlpool and it worked just fine until May of 2000. Can't remember how old it was when it quit but when I bough another one, I stayed with Whirlpool and it lasted 15 years. So, I decided you can't get any better product so went with Whirlpool again. The new one has a larger capacity and I really love that for some of my bigger bowls and such. Will I buy another one when this one stops? You bet!

Sure wish I would of bought a whirlpool my first time.This dishwasher is amazing..Too bad I didn't buy a whirlpool refrigerator,live and learn..Whirlpool stands by its name...Mrs Eiler.....

`Dishwasher is a DUD!!!

After waiting 20yrs.for a new appliance, I made a mistake of buying the Whirlpool. It is quiet, energy efficient, holds many dishes, cleans the dirty items VERY well, HOWEVER... the dishes and silverware and any plastic items DO NOT DRY even after I have tried high heat and a drying agent recommended by the manufacturer. The arrangement of the silverware caddy is a grand idea, but again, the utensils DO NOT DRY. If I could get the cleaned items to dry I would give the machine 5 stars, but with low drying results the new dishwasher scores only a fair rating. My old dishwasher 25yrs.+ dried each and every item EVERY time. Too bad the plastic and interior deteriorated. I really appreciate that old Kenmore now that it's gone.

Whisper Quiet Machine

I bought this three weeks ago and am basically very pleased wiht it. It is whisper quiet and does a good job cleaning the dishes. My only complaint is the silverware rack being on the door seems to limit the amount of silverware you can put in. That is the only reason I have not given this a 5 star rating.
