All good, except the utensil tray

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We are happy with all of the features both old and new with this dishwasher so far, except the design of the utensil rack. It’s far too small and the option to attach it to the door is novel, but mostly just useless. We had an older version of this dishwasher that had a much larger rack…I wish now that I’d kept it.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought mainly because other appliances are the same make, easy installation, doesn't seem to matter what cycle I use, all dishes are always clean, but doesn't seem to matter what dry cycle I use, the front door and therefore cutlery are always wet, weird!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very quiet with dishwasher. Easy to install my wife installed it in about and hour. It works great very quiet. Dishes come out so clean spotless. We love the sensor button and the heat dry and sanitizer feature. Whirlpool is well worth the money. Though anyone have idea on how to keep stainless steal spotless?
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) As always, we are very happy with our Whirlpool dishwasher. The ONLY reason we purchased a new one was because we had to replace our fridge, and of course, who wants mismatched appliances. We never had any problems with it, and it would have been fine for many years to come, I'm sure.
Besides trusting the Whirlpool brand, I have always loved the tall tub feature with the cutlery basket on the door. In 20 years time when I might need a new one, I hope this option is still available.
My only complaint is that I miss the quick wash feature very much. My dishes are basically clean to start with and I find the standard cycle far too long.
As a side note - As I have previously done, I use a spare cutlery basket on the bottom rack as well. It fits perfectly, takes very little space, and allows for lots of cutlery to be spread out. (picture attached)
Very pleased and impressed that it was only three days from purchase to delivery!!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Came wirh condo I purchased. Good quality. Easy to use. Not fond of the cutlery basket. Sometimes knives, etc do not get totally clean. A separate upper shelf pullout for cutlery works much better. Also should include a separate rinse only cycle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 months ago replacing a working 25 year old Whirlpool model with similar features and silverware basket on the door. This new model has a few more cycle settings and is a lot quieter than old model. However I washed several loads using sensing cycle and heat dry setting only. and found most of the silverware and top rack glasses were not DRY. Pluss lots of water droplets on ceiling of interior. Even after setting cycle to high temp and sanitize with heat dry still water droplets and wet silver. Using a rinse agent only improved dry slightly. I prewash my dishes before loading the dishwasher so no food particles block drain filters. I figure the Drying cycle is too short or venting is inadequate. My older model dryed much better even without the rinse agent. So this dishwasher was not much of an upgrade .. As I said a little quieter but wetter dishes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this unit. So far it is working fine but it is brand new. You would think it should be fine. The long term will show how well it is made.
