bought in november 2015, utentzel holder is too small and the normal cycle is two hours. I think this should be shorter. The water at our home is very hard with a lot of lime. The dishwasher does not work well with Cascade, but Finish dishwash soap with vinegar works the best. Overall, rate the machine as average.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing ever gets dry! Even on the high heat setting, things are still wet! Ughhh.... never again whirlpool.... never again! Also, rack doesn't hold dishes very well. Rack Always hits the silverware tray located in the door! Did I say AWFUL?

this has been in just under a month and we are really liking it a lot, it has lots of room and does a great job of cleaning the dishes.

Much more quiet than expected. Only complaint is this model only has a set 4 hour delay. I wish I had more options on that.
