Worst dishwasher that I have ever had.

Whirlpool should be ashamed of this product! Who would purchase a dishwasher that doesn't dry the dishes? I replaced a 12 year old dishwasher that works better than this one! It does not get the dishes dry at all. We have to dry them by hand every time!! The only good thing is that it is quiet. Other than that, I don't have any good things to say about it. Don't buy this dishwasher unless you like hand-drying dishes!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this DW. It runs so quietly you do not know if it is on or not. Gets my dishes really clean and sanitized.

I bought three weeks ago, VERY quiet. I forgot the rinse stuff the first wash... always remember to use the rinse stuff. Very happy.

My dishwasher replacement

I bought this a month ago after our old dishwasher gave up. The best thing about it is how quiet it is. Our kitchen is close to our family room where we watch TV, and the sound when it's running is very minimal. With this dishwasher being lower to the ground, it does allow for taller things to fit.However, it takes forever to run and dishes don't seem to get as clean as my old one nor are they completely dry when the cycle is over. The silverware holder is small. When you use it with the slots down, the slots are too small for many things. With the slots up, it's still crowded.
