I like the dishwasher, but there is a leak under my kitchen sink that was not there before it was installed. I called Whirlpool to get it looked at. The earliest appointment I could get was a week and a half out. Needless to say, not being able to use your kitchen sink for over a week and a half is extremely inconvenient and annoying.
We replaced a 28 year old Whirlpool with this new Whirlpool after reading reviews, ratings and specs. The old one still worked great, except the bottom rack started to fail.We picked this model because we didn't want a stainless steel tub, or hidden controls. The installation was not difficult, and the instructions were very good. So far, it washes the dishes well even on the one-hour setting. It is very quiet. This model has all of the features we needed, and the price was very reasonable.
Bought this a month ago to replace whirlpool from 20 years ago!- pump finally gave out. Liked simple design and great price and it's very quiet, really like the water and energy savings, we tend to fill it after a week and use Normal 1 hr cycle with no dry/ no heat feature to save even more energy so have to sop up a little water on mugs etc when done, no prob, dishes look great!
This is a great dishwasher. I've had it for 2 weeks. There is plenty of room for all of our dishes with the utensil rack in the door. I cook a lot so I needed that feature. All of the dishes are clean and I really like the sensor feature to save energy. It is very quiet.
I bought this dishwasher about a month agoand so far it is easy to operate and cleans the dishes well. The quality control should be improved since I had to have a broken support on the rollers supporting the upper rack repaired when it was installed.
Easy to install, only 1 minor change from replaced d'washer

Installed one week ago. Much quieter than the one replaced. Salesman convinced me that this one was easier to install and only a few decibels higher than the more expensive model I was considering. He was right.
