I Can Hardly Tell It's Running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher originally installed in my home in 1982 developed multiple problems. After replacing drawers and listening to the whooshing and thudding for many years, I decided when it needed another repair - it wasn't worth it. That was about 7 years ago when I had the choice between purchasing a camera or a new dishwasher. It really wasn't too difficult decision - I live alone and washing a few dishes and pots and pans by hand was no big deal - the camera won! But then, after having family visiting and serving multiple meals to 5 people, I thought maybe replacing the dishwasher wasn't such a bad idea. I did a bit of research, went to the store and purchased my new Whirlpool. When I ran it for the first time - I was amazed. No loud whooshing and thumping. I can hear my music playing or television during the cycle without turning up the volume. And the dishes are spotless. I wondered why I waited so long to replace the dishwasher - but who knows - maybe engineering and technology have given me this machine. I am extremely pleased with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a excellent job of washing and drying. Was expense and feared it might not clean well. Boy was I wrong. Would make this purchase again. I was also very concerned about the noise level as kitchen area is attached to den area. Extremely quiet

Clean and Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I am very pleased with it. Dishes come out clean and dry (I do use the rinse aid). It also runs very quietly--especially when you first start it up! The only thing that I wish was different in this machine is the silverware basket, it does not hold very much. I would prefer to use the separate slots for silverware but they are too narrow--my silverware is not in any way large or bulky.
