I suggest you take your dishee to make sure they fit, mine don't (Iittala Teema, pyrex measuring cups) The soap dispenser often doesn't open, (tried paks, liquid and granules) and sometimes when it does open, the detergent isn't completely out. After 1 year, the light that indicates its done, doesn't work. The plus side, it wasn't that expensive and I can replace it without feeling too bad. Unfortunately though, I am soured on Whirlpool and will probably not buy a new fridge from them and definitely not another dishwasher. It is slightly better than having to wash by hand, but not by too much.
