Not much better than my 16 year old Whirlpool but quieter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is quiet so I gave it 3 stars and you can fit a lot of dishes in it. However, the silverware basket needs to be bigger. Also, when you leave the silverware basket in the door, even with the heat function and rinse aid, silverware is still wet because the water beads up on the door. My 16 year old whirlpool I replaced was just as good as this new one except it was louder. How about an optional second silverware basket or make it larger? Also, I don't like the lack of a latch button to release the door on this new one. I feel like it is more difficult to open and will just wear on the metal brackets holding it in place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Efficient and Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a large capacity, efficient and quiet dishwasher. But our previous one was nearly 20 years old, so there's been a lot of progress in that time. This review doesn't include a customer service section, but I want to shout out five stars for the guys who showed up on time, installed the dishwasher and did a great job of explaining everything!
