Dishes are clean without pre-washing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this dishwasher so efficient it's so quiet, I originally bought a Bosch but it got an Oder every couple days from under use strange drying process. Not sure why I didn't previously owned whirlpool that lasted 12 years. Exchanged Bosch for this one and couldn't be happier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe because it's new, but the bottom rack 'falls' into the back of the washer, as I open to want to begin loading. And it falls back against the back wall with a crash. I'd prefer it didn't 'do' that. And the only other thing is: It seems as though 'attaching' the silverware rack to the lower basket (the placement of which I was used to rather than having it ON the door, is hard to just easily snap in. But as to the dishwasher in total, we love it. cleans WELL, and quiet! Just two minor 'thoughts' on the subject.
