I'm not happy with the rack design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 10 year old dishwasher broke over Christmas. We had a repairman out to service it and the cost of repairs was more than 50% of buying new. If we bought a dishwasher through the repairman the cost of the service call would be applied toward the new dishwasher and installation. I didn't go in person to see what the inside of the Whirlpool looked like which was a big mistake. I should have gone to see how the racks were designed and how my dishes would fit inside. The dishwasher works well and cleans our dishes so I don't have any complaints about the performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd whirlpool dishwasher. The 1st one was stellar. I recently upgraded to a new whirlpool Dishwasher With the Sensor Cycle. It was easy to install, is exceptionally quiet when running, and meets my expectations for cleaning dishes and silverware.
