[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher over 3 months ago and so far it is doing a good job. What I like most about it is how quiet it is. Sometimes i forget it is running. So far the only drawback is that there isn't a rinse cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher recently and need to call for someone to come out. I do not feel like the heat dry is working well, majority of my cutlery and dishes are still very wet compared to my last dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quiet this unit is, but I don't like that it never truly dries anything. Also not a fan of the door springing closed when the bottom rack is empty.

All Wet

My husband bought this dishwasher as part of a new kitchen. Although it is simple to use, this is the only plus.
Start with the door that does not stay open flat. The door will spring back up about 3 inches. When unloading the bottom rack, if the door is not held down it will lift and slide the rack back into the dish compartment.
The silverware container does not have enough of an angle to allow all of the water to drain. One can let them attempt to drain over night and the silverware will still be wet on the bottom. Larger spoons, whisks, turners can not be placed in the rack under the soap dispenser reducing vital space for plates or cups on top rack.
The tight tines on outside of the bottom rack probable have a purpose. A good suggestion, get rid of them allowing space for other items such as cutting boards or cookie sheets.
Lastly, because there is too much I could hoot about is the User Guide. Yes, I tried to read it as if it were a booklet. When reading the top cover, turning pages to the left... Can't be done. One would start reading on page 2 and open the unfolded paper to upside down pages 3 and 4. At least the Hispanic version is printed in a booklet form, not cut or stapled but better than the american version.
Not a star studded review. But is it is simple, even though silverware are all wet.
