DOESN'T DRY DISHES - SMELLS MOLDY

I live in an apartment complex that is renovating its apartments. The complex installed this D/W in both my former and current apartments within the past year or so. It was brand new when installed in my two different apartments.
Both dishwashers do not dry the dishes after washing them.
Some heat is generated, but the dishes and dishwasher remains wet, even when sitting for hours after washing.
If you do not have time to empty the dishwasher the same day, it starts getting a moldy smell.
If you're dumb enough to buy one of these, you will have to be sure to at least open the door to let air in if you don't have time to empty it the same day so it doesn't smart smelling moldy inside (including on your dishes).
No, my apartment does not have a problem with mold, except for the D/W.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Anonymous12345, we're sorry to hear about the problem with the Dishwasher not drying properly. We would recommend checking the rinse-aid dial where the rinse aid is dispensed, as a lower setting may not dry the dishes effectively. We would also recommend for cleaning purposes, to use affresh Dishwasher cleaner to clean as this will clean away deposits and leftover soap residue. Thank you for your review!

washes well
