Does Not Dry the Dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been trying to reach Whirlpool to inquire about why the dishwasher will not dry the dishes. The instructions say use a dish drying agent and I did but dishes are still wet after the cycle. No one wants to have to dry dishes before using them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher does job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came in the home I bought. It works to get its work done. I use recommended pods and rinse fluid. Wish it had a way to clean itself ir a short cycle to prevent smells as 3 to 4 days pass with dirty dishes not enough for a load.

So Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is the quietest running! We purchased the plastic shelves... wish I had done metal, as they are very light and don't stay where I need them when loading. Still haven't figured out the delay settings...

Broke after a year-and-a-half

We bought this about a year-and-a-half ago. Worked great for a while but, as another reviewer has stated, it is now broken and too expensive to repair. We are very disappointed. We bought a Whirlpool because we expected a good product and bought a Whirlpool washing machine because of our, unfortunately short-lived, satisfaction. Hopefully our washing machine doesn't prove to be as inferior. Time will tell.
