[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher two months ago thinking it was comparable to my very basic Whirlpool dishwasher I had for the prior fourteen years that did a fantastic job of cleaning dishes without any pre-rinsing and dried them on air dry with no rinse aid. This new dishwasher does only a fair job of cleaning pre-rinsed dishes and the dishes are only partially dry using a rinse aid AND the heat dry cycle required in the instructions for the dishes to dry. Plus, it now takes over two hours on the regular cycle and when completed, the inside of my dishwasher has enough water clinging to it’s all plastic surfaces to soak two towels! And, the water on the inside door surface drips down on my silverware necessitating hand drying! i am currently washing dishes by hand due to being so frustrated with my basically useless new dishwasher which is much more cheaply made than the comparable model of yesteryear despite a not so cheap price!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good little machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was part of a new build appliance package. It’s a good little machine I’m just used to the top of the line. I have a large family and have always splurged on dishwashers so this is a step back for me. I do like the sensor wash. I don’t like the silverware rack. It’s awkward in the door and the separator holes are way too small to fit most of my flatware so I have to keep the little doors open.
I would recommend this to a friend!
