Simple and easy to use.

Absolute Junk!

I bought this dishwasher about 2 months ago. I have to say this has got to be be the worst dishwasher I've ever owned! I have tried every cycle on this thing, and not once did all my dishes come out clean! I even went as far as pre-rinsing them myself beforehand, but still some of my dishes come out with food still on them! This is nothing like my 10 year old Whirlpool dishwasher. There is absolutely no comparison! My old machine would run for 1 1/2 hours,..........you could hear the water pressure from the arms hitting the dishes!.....with most of that 1 1/2 hours actually washing the dishes, and then finally coming out all clean...... BUT with this new piece of junk machine, I have to run it for 3 1/2 hours on the heavy cycle, while it goes through what sounds like 15 to 20 different things, making all kinds of noises, clicking back and forth from one thing to another, with what seems like no water pressure!!...... to finally open the door..........and "Voila!!.......bowls, plates, utensils!......all still with food particles on them!! It's very frustrating after spending this kind of money on a dishwasher! I am very disappointed in this whirlpool dishwasher! Your standards definitely have plummeted with this model! I will never recommend this machine to anyone!! I don't think I would even recommend any whirlpool model after this experience! Very very disappointed!

Replacement dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally was able to get it installed, don't have to do dishes by hand anymore. The first and only time that we have used it this far we are happy. it is a lot quieter than our previous Whirlpool washer. The dishes and table ware came out sparkling clean.
