Great design, unsure about the silverware portion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the overall design and look and feel of the dishwasher. I like the idea around the silverware drawer but I think there is room for improvement. It can be awkward to get silverware in and out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was installed in my new home three months ago. I have had it maintained twice. Water was pooling in the bottom after the cycle is completed. I was told I had to use liquid dishwashing liquid and not the pods.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I am not 100% happy. It does not dry at all, and is does not have very practical spacing for dishes. I am very happy that it sterilizes, the utensils are in the door and the cycle timings are relatively good.
