Repeated issue not solved the first time

I got this dishwasher 2 years ago, after a few washes noticed the rinse liquid to be at the same level in the compartment. Whirlpool tech determined the whole liquid and tab mechanism needs to be replaced. Part was replaced but issue not fixed. The tech advised compartment should be empty after 5-7 loads, 50 washes later it is still full.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the dishwasher for about a month and am very satisfied. It does a great job and is what I feel like very quiet while washing. The appearance of the product looks nice also.

Dishwasher, no dry

WE HAD ONE BEFORE THIS IN OUR HOUSE AND IT WAS QUIET TOO & WAS QUITE OLD, BUT ALWAYS WASHED EVERY THING CLEAN, OTHER THAN LEAVING MY GLASSES SMOKEY ONCE IN A GREAT WHILE, BUT SOME OF THAT MIGHT'VE BEEN THE WATER OR SOAP??? I GOT A WHITE ONE LIKE I HAD AT OUR HOUSE. DON'T CARE FOR THE BLACK, NOR SILVER COLOR!! ALSO WANTED FREEZER ON THE BOTTOM, & SINGLE DOOR ON TOP, LIKE I'VE HAD FOR OVER 50 SOME YEARS AND LOVE IT STILL!!!!
