Was great for about 4 months and then it just died ! I called Sony to try to get it fixed and all they have done so far is take my info and make me send some pictures of the TV. Your product is only as good as your customer service !!

This is a great TV with one exception. That is the image when view action video such as the flight of a golf ball or even sometimes a baseball. When watching a golf tournament, the ball in flight will appear as two balls about 6 inches apart many times. I was told that could be the case when watching hockey but wasn't concerned because I just don't watch that much hockey. I had no idea that would be the case watching golf or baseball. If this happens with football, I'll really be upset. I could have gotten a 240 Hz refresh rate for about $300 more but didn't think I would need that. Big mistake!

I did love it until it stopped working out of the blue 7 months later. Now here I am almost 2 weeks later still without a tv. It took 2 phone calls to Sony to get the right information on how to get it fixed (even though i should get a new tv). i am not satisfied with the product or the customer service experience... The worse part about it is the fact that I only watch the tv when company comes over... So it doesn't get hardly any use...

Great TV. Easy to setup and operate. The only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are: it takes a bit for it to warm up to get to Netflix and it's a bit difficult to adjust the picture for various DVD movies.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, it is normal to experience a delay of up to 30 seconds to see a picture or hear sound when first turned on and when it comes to the applications other wireless devices can influence how long it takes for video content to display. Therefore, depending on the internet application, some content may take longer to display than others which is considerate as normal operation. We will make sure to pass this information to the proper department for future reference.
