I love this product but occasionally it does disconnect from my phone and i have to reconnect it, but other than that it is a wonderful product and can't wait to get the newest version.

Best handsfree device I have bought

Honeslty, I have trouble with handsfree devices staying on my ears (I guess I have small ears) and this is a great option - no problems at all. It sounds clear, and pairs easily with my iPhone. Not sure why some have had trouble with the volume - simply turn your phone volume down - very easy to adjust. Plus, when not is use, it is simply hanging on your neck, which is much more comfortable than the ear hook style. Love it!

Love this but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing sound, design, and comfort. I wear them everywhere I go, and the call/music control makes life much easier when I'm unable to get to my phone. I absolutely love these headphones, but I'm sad because they have broken twice in the 2+ years I've had them. First time, the off an on switch broke, so I could not turn off or charge. It was within the warranty time frame, so LG took them back, and fixed them, and it took less than a week which was AWESOME! Now, my right headphone isn't working, and there are many other problems that are starting occur, like not pairing, not able to answer calls from the device, and inability to control the music. So basically they are not working properly, but I love them so much, I keep trying to use them. I must admit though, I've had them for a long time, and most headphones break in less than a month. So, two years strong, and one replacement later, I have to say I am pleased with the product and that I would definitely recommend.

Pretty Good!

Hi there, I've been using this headset for just over two months and it's been working pretty well. Just not sure how to switch the language from Korean back to English? I've tried holding down the Play/ Pause button as well as the Volume Up/ Down buttons, but to not avail. Please advise me as to how this may be done. Thanks.

I brought my first set of LG tone magnetic Head set 2012 Yes! they just started acting up Oct 2019 Yes! So I replenished my home with them again.Perfect for my disability no thumbs, and once when I was hurt I pushed button and said call 911 it did !! Better than the med alert (I used in the past)

LG Product The BEST!!

Have had the LG HBS-730 for quite a while..received as a gift. Can't find anywhere!! Heartbroken as it is the BEST! It just broke today after all these years!! The On/Off switch won't catch either off or on. Had hope to get to the ON position and just leave it there but no good. PLEASE WHERE CAN I BUY THIS LG WIRELESS HEADSET??????
